This Privacy Policy describes how Penguin Glide (the "app"), released by singadviso.com, treats information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Penguin Glide neither collects, stores nor transmits personal information to singadviso.com or any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts. It includes no analytics and no third‑party crash‑reporting services.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, lease, or otherwise share personal information.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature requires them, and any data involved is processed locally on your device.

Any data the app saves stays on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly. Google Play and Android operate under their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of its sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, deleting it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system can guarantee absolute security, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.

Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
